CNC Router
This is my first Project in CNC router
i printed all brackets in my 3d printer
profile 20*20 , 20*40 and 20*80
T8 lead screws
Roller
Stepper motor Nema 23 with 2.2 N.m for z and y and for x two motor with 1.2 N.m
Driver TB6600
my first step was to creating drawing
then i bought what i needed
then now i am in assembly phase
in my design i am using floating z axis which it can working till 200 mm but actually i do not know will be strong enough to cut or not.
i will try to add another information soon
