      1. Use a high intensity 7200 lumin LED and Li-Po batteries for and extended use dive light.
      2. Operational depth to 350 feet
      3. Pulsed frequency modulation for extended battery life and heat control
      4. Automatic emergency signalling (SOS)
      5. Neutral bouyancy
      6. Two plus hours of continuous operation at high intensity
      7. Longer duration at lower power
      8. Magnetic switches to eliminate perforation in the light outside casing thereby eliminating leaks
