what size stepper do you have on the z? I mean take the motor off and turn the lead screw by hand might feel something.... Bob
couple of things that part is 14mm high so if you drop it into a hole in the block the block needs to be just under 14mm or you need to chamfer...

what I mostly do is just screw the piece down to the spoiler board with drywall screws. simple cheap and easy.... Bob

I get it now.... well with that file and tinkercad you should be able to make just what you want.... guys do take some lead screw and make taps...

still going to need 3 axis up/down turn left/right I think the hardest part will be generating the g-code... Bob
could model your own start with ACME 8mm Tr8*8-2p + Tr8*4-2p leadscrew nut / 4 and 2 start/ by silyavski but in the end they are cheap to buy...
pricey but cool....
a quick youtube video how to do it, just replace the line he draws with hard stops on x and y, or pins kind of up to you and how many you are...
