OK I have a good start at putting together the OX metal CNC. But the 8mm bearings are very tight on the lead screw. In the video they just slip right on. Same as the stop bushing. This is the only thing holding me up from slapping this thing together. I have 2 sets of bearings from 2 different suppliers and both are too tight. I have put a caliper to both the lead screw and the ID of the bearing. They measure the same at 7.9mm. Any ideas to fix this? Thanks

Take the acme thread wrap some sandpaper around it and spin it to take a fine layer off. Putting the acme thread in a drill will make the job go faster. Don't do too much or it will get loose.. no going back
