Having a couple issues with my Blackbox controller. 1) Not consistently detecting flash drive. Sometimes i will have to power up the controller 2-3 times before it recognizes there is a flash drive installed. 2) If I hit "abort/cancel" during a program I have been unable to restart the program or cancel it out to the home screen. Have to reboot to be able to do anything. Appreciate any help/feedback.
The BlackBox does not have anything to do with Flashdrives, so I think you mean your OpenBuilds Interface? Contact the store at Support for assistance Make sure you are on the latest firmware: docs:interface:firmware-update [OpenBuilds Documentation] (V1.47 at the time of this reply, check the version displayed underneath the big logo during bootup)
