I purchased my blackbox x32 on sept 25th 2023 I got everything installed and when I turn on everything on and blackbox did not power up. I check to see if i was getting 24v from the power supply and I was not, I was getting 120v AC. If I disconnect the 24v line to the blackbox I would get 24v on the power supply and 24v on the connector side while its not connected to the blackbox. As soon as I plugged it back in to the blackbox it would not get 24v while its plug to the blackbox. any help on this matter would be appreciated.
I do have 120V power coming into the PSU no 24v DC output and the PSU is set for 120v and now 220v ac
