    Well done! I am happy that you used quality components where it mattered....A Reci tube and a Ruida controller. If you have not seen it yet, I would suggest having a look at LightBurn, it is a quality easy to use software package that is way easier to use than RDworks. It has a 30 day free trial you can download.

    Thank you for your suggestion and feedback, yes i recently bought myself a licence, amazing software i love lightburn! Hopefully i can start doing some cutting soon.

    Hello Kims,

    a lot of links in your BOM don't work, also could you write in this excel sizes ? for example for 2 x Bearing Y-axis bearing blocks

    my build looks like yours except electronics on right. hope the chiller works for you. i have 45 watt spt from light object. great laser. i dont ever run at full power. just make extra pass. not in a big hurry. software wise i went the cheap way. free. works for me. pics on spray painted cast acrylic and painted mdf turned out great. 100 watt on long cuts.....hope the chiller works. im a home depot bucket guy. anyway....admire you working from scratch. its the best way to learn.....ill be watching your progress
