Well it's sort of yes and no because you essentially get what you pay for. Those TB6560 blue boards have a really bad reputation - some work perfectly and some have faults - you may be lucky and get a good one but be prepared. From my experience with these bundles - the PSU is good but the stepper motors are only average when it comes to performance. Tweakie.
