Very curious build looking forward to seeing the workings of this machine.
"There are many pneumatic questions I have" On this really am excited to see how you go about it. One thing I would suggest is using the inside of the V-Slot rail cavities hollow to run the air for end to end I have seen this done before and its a really cool concept.

Nice, I really like this concept. I will try and find some vendors for this concept.

I have started to get parts back from the Waterjet shop and the laser shop. I have moonshined a stepper motor and 9/1 gearbox from an Omax waterjet. The 80/20 parts and McMaster Carr parts are due monday. I have found a guy who builds custom stepper motor power supplies and associated components for driving the stepper. I have used bimba and phd pneumatics and will upload the parts list as soon as I am happy with how things are working. We are making a custom glue manifold to shoot the glue as the stiles pass into the chamber at the moment.
