I have an Ultimate Bee 500x500 with XPRO V5 GRBL controller, and I use Vcarve with open builds GRBL (inch) post-processor. I also use the OpenBuilds controller. When I try to cut out a simple design or text with the XPROV5, when I frame the project, it first oversizes it, and when I cut, it starts cutting fine but then decides to go outside of the designed parameters, and the cutting becomes erratic. But the same project cuts fine with my older quenbe 1500 CNC, which I run with black box controllers. I have tried various Post processors and reduced feeds and speeds, but still no joy. Checked all cables and connections and they are all working fine too.
