    I would probably be more inclined to go with HDPE or PTFE or even Igus iglide. Delrin can actually be a bit grippy at times as can be felt with V-wheels while doing eccentric nut pre-load adjustment.

    As far as how, study up on how the 80/20 system works. Should be fairly easy to adapt to V-slot.



    If you have a 3D printer, you might consider ordering up a free sample of the Igus iglide tribo-filament and try printing your own bearings.
