I'm connecting two extrusions of V-slot with an L-bracket, but I need to know what length M5 screws are needed. My measurements in Solidworks suggest I need a 10mm screw, but I just wanted to confirm. Edit: I just saw the note on the L-bracket page on the parts store. Should be 8mm.
Use 8mm even for the black corners, and place the T-nut reversed in the V-Slot, so facing with the flange to the outside of the V-Slot. 10mm will be too long. For the L-bracket you can use the T-nut either way. Always file the tabs on the cheaper corners, it will make your build much better and it takes about 20 seconds to get writ of a tab . -Ronald
