I took the basic 1000mm linear actuator
Attached linear rails to the sides for stability
Use my old 3018 CNC to mill side plates from 1/4" aluminum plate
Painted finished plates
Added 2080 v-slot to support 3rd 1000mm actuator for x axis
Added linear rails for x axis and mounted 250mm actuator for z-axis
Milled and fully installed z axis supports. First test cut!
Finished spoiler with tracks installed
Wired up Blackbox controller and made custom z-probe

Has a 700 by 700 cutting area and is very stable
