   Limited use of extruded aluminum and sturdy support of the side rails are a big plus. A minus to me are the belt driven components. To me, ACME screw driven AXIS's would be a better solution. But overall I really like the build and plan on using the general idea for my next build because it seems to be more cost effective than some other builds I have seen. Great Job !

   I have build a very similar machine, based on this general idea. The main advantage of this design is, the ability to modify the machine / sturdiness and even dimensions very easily.
