CO2 100W Laser Machine with 1600*1800mm Field

I have been assembling various CNC machines for a long time, more than 30 pieces have already been assembled, so I decided to post one of the recent projects. CO2 laser machine with a power of 100 watts, the size of the working field is 1600 width and 1800 length. The laser tube is installed on the X portal, which allows you to scale the field to very large sizes, if necessary, and greatly simplifies the adjustment of laser reflection. In this version, 3M 10 and 15mm belts, 15mm rail guides, an aluminum profile for portals are installed, and all this is mounted on a metal frame that also acts as an extractor hood. The simplicity of the design gives greater productivity with large working field sizes, which cannot be achieved when the pipe is stationary at the back of the machine.
