Lead 1515 with Upgrades

Lead 1515 with OpenBuilds 4x Controller.
My machine is an OpenBuilds Lead 1515 run by the BlackBox 4x motion controller. I have added the Interface CNC Touch and the XYZ Touch Probe Plus.

I recently upgraded the controls by enclosing the power supply and BlackBox controller in a 24x24 enclosure. Inside the enclosure is power distribution for the incoming 220vac and the 24vdc. I've added solid state relays for my router and dust collection. Two E-Stop pushbuttons are mount on the front corners of the table top and wired to a relay. The relay breaks the output from the BlackBox to the router and provides input to the door sensor.

I built a 72" square table with quarter sawn spruce lumber (75+ years old) that came from bleachers in the old YMCA building in my hometown. I added 4 drawers on two opposite sides for storage for router bits, hold down clamps, two-sided tape, tools, etc for my machine.
Dust collection is driven by a VacMaster 5.5 hp shop vacuum through a Dust Deputy dust separator. The hose is run overhead down to the router dust shoe.
