McRouter 3 Axis CNC
Build in 'Cartesian Style CNC' published by PaulS, Jul 9, 2015.

Special Notes
I purchased the majority of the parts from McMaster-Carr simply because of the existing relationship and discount I have with them. In addition I built everything using SolidWorks and McMaster has 3D SolidWorks models for almost every single part.
