Which Chinese spindle for workbee?

8 hours ? And how many pauses?
I'm sure it was my fault but... 8 hours at a time? Excuse me but I hardly imagine that

 

No pauses. What bit, speed, feed and depth of cut are you typically using and what material?

Last time I used a huge 57mm endmill to plane on a MDF... 0,3 and probably 600mm/min. Too much... Sure.
Anyway how long will it you to plane a 1500x 1000 MDF... Any advice?
