    Hey guys! I currently have a belt driven WorkBee 1510 with the high torque Nema 23s. I would like to upgrade to lead screws for improved accuracy. I’m going to post pics of what I have in my cart currently. Please let me know what else I need to make this conversion smoothly.

    Hi Peter,

    I emailed Openbuilds approximately 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response.

    Check your spam folder first. Or refer to the now released Tension Actuator (new product)

    THANK YOU PETER!

    Good call on the Spam Folder. I never think that stuff is going to go there when I've received emails before... It was there!

    Thanks again.

    Hey Peter,

    I tried your link and it rejects my email address. So how can we contact support to upgrade the Workbee. I'm in the same situation.

    Thank you

    Use a more trusted email address? Gmail if you have none, etc.
    Or Email them at contact at openbuildspartstore.com (may still reject your email address if your email provider has been blacklisted)

    Shouldn't reject your email then, grab a screenshot of the error?

    I am confused, the login I use with openbuilds is with a username not an email address and it asks for an email for the username. Am I missing something?

    Seperate systems, seperate accounts:

    openbuilds.com = forums/builds
    support.openbuilds.com = support tickets, no login needed, fill in the form: Submit a ticket
    openbuildspartstore.com = online store

    OK, so as you suggested above, I should confirm with http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home . So how do I do this then?
