Having trouble with my controller straight out of the box (i.e. it has never worked). I get an error message about needing grbl firmware 1.1 (which should be pre-flashed I believe) when I try and connect and when I use the flash wizard to try and get it going it fails. I have tried both with and without other connections. The software recognises the device and the USB indicator flashes when attempting to connect, but no luck. No other lights have come on except the power light when switched on. Am I missing something or is this box DOA?
