    Hi, I have a CNC machine - Workbee 1510.
the machine is always inaccurate when she milling.
in large parts the inaccurate is very large and in small parts, the inaccurate is smaller.
I tried to fix the problem by - loosen\ stronger: the wheels and also the belt.
for now, on X-axis I have an inaccurate of -0.6 mm
and on the Y-axis the inaccurate dimension of +1.6 mm
I tested by making a square of 80x80mm.
I'm really tired of always trying to fix the machine.
somebody can help me or any suggestions on what to do...
and another question: can I upgrade my machine to screw driven and not belt I'm sure that a lot of the problems are because of the belt.
    thanks for your help
    Yanai.

Have you calibrated your steps/mm? If you are using OB Control, there's a calibration wizard in the Wizards and Tools menu.

Backup your settings and attach the file here. We'll take a look at them.

Yanai, did you try to increase the speed on the X axis?
