Hi everybody, my name is Max, from Italy and this is my first post :)

I'm new to CNC world and I assembled few weeks ago my new WB 1510 controlled by the black box.

Everything was going fine until 3 days ago I've upated the OB Control to V1.0..269.

Basically I generate gcode in fusion 360 import the file in OB Control, lunch it and the router instead of rising up to safe height jog til initial point and run job, it goes 2,66mm down in the board and run to the point!
I've checked the Z calibration and it's fine.

please heeeeeeelp, I have zero knowledge in GCODE by the way...
    below the loaded code.

    Thank you in advance,

    Max

    Hi Max and welcome.

Make sure you've homed your machine and that your part Z0 matches what you've programmed in Fusion.

Also, I notice that your G53 Z move is set to 0. If you have limit switches installed, that should hit your limit switch and error out. Anyhow, when you post your file in fusion, set the End of Job Z to -10. If you need more clearance, you can set it to -4.

Hi Sharmstr, thank u for your prompt response.

After your message I’ve checked for ‘homing workbee’ on the web but seams I need the limit switches that I do not have on my machine.

ok I will set to -10, what should it changes ?

    thak you again,

    max

Then you need to "fake home" see How to 'Fake the home'

Get switches though - so much better to have it actually working
