    Hi,

I'm trying to get my new CNC working but to no avail.... I'm at the part where as I turn it on with the new interface module connected, the z and x axis respond correctly but, the y axis is the problem. I will be using the iot relay eventually having it but for the moment, I just want it to work. I've referred myself to 2 pages of your docs talking about jumper settings. One about the slave axis driver section and the other about the onboard relay. When I try to move the y axis, I get a response from both servos but I get what you guys described in your docs as chatter.... Can you help? I've added a pic of my jumper placement on the Blackbox board.

    Thanks

Not servos (; - you mean Stepper Motors :)
Shaking in place indicates either you have only 3 of the 4 wires making good contact, or you have the incorrect wiring order (color codes apply to motors purchased from us, for 3rd party motors, or if you just want to verify, refer to docs:blackbox:faq-identify-motor-coils [OpenBuilds Documentation] for a procedure to identify the wiring order)

You know, this is a part of life I hate.... You are so into something that you don't see what's there. The green wire was out of the socket and now, the CNC is a babe! Thanks for your advice Peter!
