Hello, I’ve had my black box for about 2 years now with no issues. used it Monday night and Tuesday it now won’t connect via USB.. like it doesn’t even give me an option for ANY of the ports.. I bought a new USB cable and same issue. any help with this?? Thanks guys

Okay.. new information that for some reason I didn’t mention. I have tried connecting on both a desktop and a laptop... both of these computers are NEW. It connects fine to my old laptop that I have ran on it before. is there something else I need to download besides the control software that I forgot I did back in the day on the old laptop?
