    Hi,

I have found an second hand Hypertherm Sensor Plasma Height Controller for my Powermax 45xp

Is it possible to use the Blackbox controller in conjunction with the Hypertherm Sensor PHC ?

Has anyone done this before ?

    Thanks for any insight.

Grbl does not support torch height controllers.
We recommend a floating head design

    Thanks Peter.

To fire ON/OFF the torch I will need to connect the pin 3 and 4 of the powermax CPC to a dry contact relay.
Can the Blackbox relay be used as a dry contact relay ?

I was looking at this very piece of documentation, but I was unsure if the actual relay was dry or not.
