Hi, I recently installed a door sensor for an enclosure for my workbee. I installed the sensor as per the docs for the black box. What happened was that when I closed the door, the play button went inactive, when I opened the door, the play button went live. So this is inverted of course. So I looked up the flash section on the door installation under the black box docs and saw that you have to select which state to use use (normally open or closed). Mine was defaulted to no door sensor installed. So I tried flashing the drive and it came up with FLASH FAILED and then started incrementally dropping the Z axis by itself!. So I turned the power off to stop the machine crashing. I could only then get the machine to operate as it did, before I did all this, by unplugging the usb, turning everything off and rebooting the computer. So a little confused about how to move forward as I tried flashing a few times, selecting different door sensor states from the drop down menu, and each time was the same flash failure? Would really appreciate some advice . Kind regards - Dave
Check that you didn't lose the Auto Reset jumper docs:blackbox:jumper-autoreset [OpenBuilds Documentation] - has to be fitted to flash
