Hi, I ordered dust shoe but my vacuum hose is 10.5 cm in diameter (4.1"). Is there any solution to solve this problem?
Most big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot) has a shelf with various adapters for you to choose from or even mix and match to suit
Thanks for the reply, i dont live in the USA. My dust shoe is 10.5 cm and the openbuilds dust shoe is 6.35. I think this will be very hard to find since it is odd numbers. Is there any other solution to this problem??
If you tell us whereabouts you are that may help. I am in South Africa (metric world) and can find imperial adapters at the local stores, surely locally you will be able to find some (as vacuum cleaners, dust extractors and power tools are made all over the world, adapters exists) Otherwise, you have a CNC there's nothing it cannot make for you, two circles to create a suitable 'donut' shaped reducer - drawn in CAD and cut from some plywood?
