Hi, I hope someone can help me, I have recently purchased a CNC router but it keeps stopping (crashing) at random points or time. i have tried diffrent computers and artwork. It has just done it again during a bed leveling. Any ideas? The openbuild software still shows it as running, some times if you click pause and go, it will start moving again but not always. I appreciate the response! We've got it sorted now by replacing the USB connection with the pc. We were using a longer 25ft cord and I assume it was causing issues. It had worked fine for awhile but then went haywire. Moving the extra length of the USB away from the machine helped, and then we swapped it out for a shorter one and haven't had anymore issues
I have had the same issue on a SainSmart 3018 pro. I then set my laptop settings to never sleep. When my laptop would go into sleep mode after a few minutes my machine would stop. This solved my issue.
