I want to work with that machine I can't set up at all can connect to timeviewer and help me to install
Make sure to follow the Workbee Wiring and Software video on our YouTube channel. If that doesn't resolve the issues, please contact the store you purchased it from for assistance.
All the relevant videos are here: OpenBuilds Workbee 1510 (60" x 40") These videos should apply of it was purchased from OpenBuilds or an authorized OpenBuilds vendor. If you are using an OpenBuilds BlackBox, wiring instructions are here: docs:blackbox:start [OpenBuilds Documentation]
Your screenshot shows Grbl 1.1h which is the latest version. What controller do you have? Who did you buy the kit from?
I've bought them on İnternet second hand the seller also has no experience of the device can you help me with timeviewer
We do not offer that service, even for new machines bought from us. My suggestion would be to replace the current electronics of unknown origin - and depending where it's from might have incorrectly spec'ed motors, the wrong limit switches, damaged wiring, etc - with something you know is going to work. Order yourself a CNC Electronics Bundle That comes with decent documentation (https://docs.openbuilds.com/blackbox) Next, strip the machine apart and rebuild it to spec according to the official Build videos (Depending on the size it's either OpenBuilds Workbee 1510 (60" x 40") or OpenBuilds Workbee 1010 (40" x 40") or OpenBuilds Workbee 1050 (40" x 20")) - Having proven working electronics makes things easier - The videos match the electronics so you can just follow the instructions and it all works - By rebuilding the machine you eliminate any mistakes the last guy made - probably he sold it for a reason - he also couldn't get it working or reliably so at least. Well him, or the guy before him, whatever the case may be. - Going through the build yourself is an invaluable learning experience - right now you feel lost - because the other guy did that step when it was initially built. Now you have no idea what goes for what - redo the build, it's about a saturday afternoon, and gives you the knowledge, and also a chance to look for things put together wrong or damaged and in need of replacement. With such a machine the history can be scary. Between official components, the Build video and documentation you won't need anyone to help you on teamviewer... These things are super easy to get up and running if you do it step by step according to the video
You should not be using old versions of software - it will be incompatible with the newer software toolchains.
That's just the jog commands in CONTINUOUS mode (send a long move on button down, stop move on button up)... If you want to send Incremental commands, switch to INCREMENAL mode.
Understand thank you That blackbox motion controller is that enough or do I have to connect extra stepper motor
Depends on what you currently have? If you have a bad PSU that surges and killed the current controller resulting in the symptoms you see, it will kill the BlackBox too and damage from bad Power supplies aren't covered under warranty If you have the wrong limit switches you will have a bad time with EMI interference causing you more frustration. Is the electrical specs of the motors correct? Current rating and NEMA mounting pattern designations are just two of many parameters to spec correctly. The bundle is a combination of proven parts. You can always resell the duplicate parts of dubious origin on to someone else to recoup some costs
