I have pulled off the X Carves Spindle mount gantry plate and want to replace it with a universal plate that I may then permanently mount a JTech 7 Watt laser. Will one of these work: OpenRail Gantry Plate and if so, which one? Here’s some pics: It looks like 20mm spacing on the screw holes for mounting the plate to the backlash block on the ACME screw and 80mm between V- Wheels vertically and 65mm side to side (center of wheel holes). Thanks in advance for any info or recommendations on the correct plate.
Because the Spindle mount is part of the Gantry plate - they're one in the same. I have to add a new plate to permanently mount my Jtech laser on. Inventables sells the correct plate for $8.33. But, the shipping is $20.35!!! That's insane for an $8.33 aluminum plate lol. Oh well, I'll just have to bite the bullet or make what I need.
