    Hi can some one enlighten me what I'm doing wrong
    I'm trying to add tabs but it will not generate them
    I'm milling 9 mm marine ply

    The file in question does not have any straight sections longer than the 4mm tab width you want to use - where it can place a tab. Tabs can only be added to straight line segments.

    If you use masking tape and superglue to hold the workpiece then you won't need tabs.

    Good idea yes! Different workholding techniques for different jobs - and matching the right kind of workholding to the job in question

    I have found IPG double-sided tape to work very well. It's a tad thicker than standard DS tape, and sticks very well to the piece and waste-board, yet comes off cleanly.
