Does anyone have any experience milling dry erase boards? I have several that I was going to try to mill, but not sure what bit to try. I tried a old straight end mill I had and it will cut it but it chips the edges and slings pieces all over the place. It appears to have some porecelain (possibly something else) material coated on top of a very thin piece of aluminum. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Hi Nick, Tablesaw? or are you trying to make complex shapes? Good side up and a downcut endmill? or good side down and upcut?
    How thin is the aluminum?

I was trying to pocket mill a bulldog head. I have been able to cut them with a skill saw. I was just trying to repurpose some of the left over boards I had. The aluminum is very thin. About the thickness of an index card. I was trying to mill it with the good side up. Thank you for the reply!
