Control software issues, at first test

Just got the LEAD 1515, uploaded the control software. Trying to test the x y z and it doesn't move. I'll hit the limit switches and the alarm triggers. It says I would hear my motor engage I didn't hear anything. I plugged directly into a power source, tried re uploading the control software. What would be some areas to look for the issue?

I did the backup and it worked. Then I tried the example job and now my router goes all the way up and sets off the limit switch every time. What could be the reason for it not stopping before the limit switch?

 

Ok, I did that I'm set correct and still having the problem.

 

Still new at this and just trying to get the example to work.
