Hello, Could you please tell me how to create an account on "support.openbuilds.com" website ? The login pages does not include any "register" link in order to create an account. I created a ticket (without being connected) and i'm unable to track the ticket resolution because i'm not logged in. Thanks in advance for your answers.
You don't. The accounts/login is for support agents You simply click on the NEW TICKET option and proceed from there. Check your Email for a reply soon - if you don't have a reply yet you are still in the queue and will be helped shortly Check your SPAM folder too if its been more than a day
We only use the form to open the ticket - from there everything is by email. Just sit tight you'll be helped soon enough - usually within an hour or two in US business hours
