I have a weird problem. If I attempt to jog my y axis at 100% speed (using the interface and black box) only my right y axis moves. You can see a video of what I mean here
Sounds like stalling - as a test dial down Y axis Max Rate in Grbl Settings Grbl v1.1 Configuration · gnea/grbl Wiki Next - Check the axis that stops for mechanical binding (eccentrics too tight, damaged rail, leadnut not bedded in yet, may need Dry/PTFE lubricant on leadscrew [never oil!], etc - Check current adjustment: docs:blackbox:currentadjustment [OpenBuilds Documentation]
So I seem to have fixed the stalling issue. Between the current adjustments and the speed adjustments, along with a couple of wheels being to tight it moves freely now. The problem I am now facing is no matter how I adjust the current, I can not get y1 and y2 to sync speeds. Y2 s consistently slower than y1 by about 2-3 inches.
Not related to current adjustment. It may be that the slower motor has a wiring issue: docs:blackbox:faq-identify-motor-coils [OpenBuilds Documentation] Or more likely - a loose grubscrew on a shaft coupler - causing leadscrew or motor shaft to be slipping
