Chinese 3040 cnc.

    Hi guys I am new to cnc and I replace my existing chinese control box that come with it when I bought the unit. with black box motion control.

    The machine movement are fine, Homing is ok. But when the machine start to run, it stop on z axiz..

    The total length of the Z axis is 100mm.

    Attach the actual GCODE file, we want to look through and see if any moves are high

    Next up, did you check your machine is setup correctly (Jogs move per the Cartesian standard?) and that all axis were calibrated?

    The machine lead screw is 10mm with 12thread/inch

    Are you sure? Might need to carefully measure a full turn of the screw and see how far it travels, best to keep it all in mm for the maths.

    No, please upload the actual g-code file - the file you uploaded to your controller. Camera shots of a screen are really hard to read.
