Hard to tell from far away, but that resonance sound before the stall sounds like something is a little tight still.

A partial teardown so you can feel by hand whether the leadscrew spins nicely (don't spin leadscrew by hand while attached to motor as motor acts as generator, backfeeding drivers, damaging electronics), whether the carriage can move freely (eccentric too tight, wheels assembled without precision shim inside, etc) etc. Once it all moves smoothly, reinstall the motor.

What is your X axis acceleration and Max Rate values set to in Grbl Settings?

Also check shaft coupler grub screws just in case too

Im not sure how to check the machine seeing’s in grbl how do I find those so I can get you a picture or something and I will do a tear down of the x axis and see if something it tighter then it should be I’ll keep this form updated until it’s going smoothly

OpenBuilds CONTROL > Connect to your controller > Click the Grbl Settings tab.

A convenient "Backup Settings" button allows downloading settings as an easy to paste text file.
