Just had to remove the black box cover and put 4 m5 washers between the 4 fan mounting bolts and the cover. The fan for no reason flexed and crashed into the cutout holes in the cover, I pushed the fan blade on the shaft but don't know if it moved much. Seems to be a fix at the moment, Just weird and wanted to post this.
