Groves on the edges

    Hi! I'm using 6mm drill, RPM 19000, feed 3000, cut depth 2mm. Separate finish last pass 0.5mm. material: mdf. I'm attaching a photo of the groves- what should I adjust? All screws are tightened- there are no looses on the machine.

    You're using a 6mm "drill"?

    @Christian James, I'm guessing that's a translation problem, as there is no way the OP would have got the result he did with a drill bit.
    @mlowka did you mean "end mill"?

    given that all axes are correctly adjusted and have no slop or backlash, I'd say this might be a bent leadscrew, research 'z axis wobble' in 3d printers.
