Hello, I’m building a new 1515 but I am struggling to get all wheels to lock tight when adjusting the Ecentric nuts on all of my gantry’s. There is usually one or two which do not lock tight. Been tinkering with this for two days.
    Any guides or suggestions?

They shouldn't be overtightened - you should JUST be able to turn a wheel with your finger.
You also have a small amount of adjustment with the screws holding the wheels - if a wheel is still loose after adjusting the eccentric try loosening the eccentric fully, slacken the screw holding that wheel, push it firmly against the V-slot as you re-tighten the screw, then adjust the eccentric again.
    Alex.

Thank you for the reply. But is it possible to now do loose the Ecentric nuts and re attempt to tighten with the lead screw in and the gantry already assembled to the frame?

If you can get at the screws and nuts holding the wheels then you can try the trick I suggested - it's the wheels without the eccentrics that you should adjust.

So doing this…”slacken the screw holding that wheel, push it firmly against the V-slot as you re-tighten the screw, then adjust the eccentric again.” relates to the wheels without the Ecentric?

Yes. Do those first. If that doesn't provide enough adjustment try the ones with the eccentrics.

Having the same loose wheel issue on my 1515.Made several attempts at squeezing
the wheels into the slot. Still loose. Will drill out holes in the plates slightly oversized this weekend. That
should give me enough room to get some contact with the rail. Several wheels are
    free spinning.

Should not be needed and would likely make it even harder to tighten

Make sure the opposite fixed side wheels are correctly installed - pushed inward before tightening to ensure the bolt shoulder is tight against the inside edge of the hole
    Then adjust Eccentrics according to

The x axis is the most concerning,
3 of the 4 bottom wheels on the x dont touch the rail,no matter how much adjusting I do.
I will tear it down this weekend.

After some squeezing and tweeking I got all but 1 wheel set. I'm going to leave it as is for now,
run some test cuts in the morning.
