I was running a pretty long cut, when I encountered some kind of error in the g code, I suppose. The router stopped and an alarm was thrown. There's no evidence of a crash.

Raised up the z and homed the machine and then turned it off. I didn't get a chance to come back for 2 days but now I can't seem to get the box to jog any motors. It all looks fine on the control software but none of the motors are actually turned on or jogging.

Unsure if I need to do some kind of hard restart or something.

Check Power Supply, and check that you have $4=0 (BlackBox X32) or $4=1 (BlackBox 4X)
Those are the only two basic requirements to move motors

    $4=0, and I have an x32.

Power supply shows 24.11 volts. Running a 24 volt fan and clicks off the z-brake on power up.

    Spindle turns on when activated.

@Peter Van Der Walt hah - sorry.

I usually never flip the power switch on the open builds box but I guess before I left for a few days I did.

I thought it was on because of the USB power but it actually was not turned on.

I'm sorry to say but I'm the reason that the tech guy has to tell you to check if it is plugged in...

Ha! Good to hear I am not the only one that has forgot to switch the controller power on and thought something serious was wrong. This is why I make gifts for the IT people where I work.

I have done it enough times that it is the first thing I check when I send a jog command and the controller appears to be working, but nothing is moving.
