Sample pictures of your cut results may help us understand your issue better

As @Peter Van Der Walt said, and if you can label the X and Y axes that would help also.

    Alex.

This is the photo of cuts and x y directions. I use fusion 360 as cam post. I tried openbuild cam to cut it cut good. So maybe the problem in fusion 360 posts?

That is a belt driven machine correct?

Was the good cut and bad cut in the same place on the spoilboard? If not, could be a section of damaged belt in the section where the pulley was working for the faulty piece
Also check grubscrews on pulleys and belt tension. From the image it looks mechanical

The tinsion in the pulley good. There is some good cut. There is a noise sound in the x axis but I cannot find the problem.

Noises are incredibly hard to pinpoint via video. Up close your ears can zoom in on the precise point, and fingertips can find vibrations. I suspect belt over back of wheel, or similar.

From the video those V-Wheels are shot - they were overtightened at some point and cracked, needs to be replaced.

I did what you suggested. The vibration gone. But still same issue tha circle cuts same. Every cut it perfect I tried to cut 150 mm square It cut perfectly fine square corner and the size perfect.

The shift is along the X axis - ie as mentioned before

Disassemble the X-axis and investigate - something is definately moving that shouldn't - in an unexpected way - damaged belt needs belt off the machine in your hand - stretching to see where teeth pulls apart (damaged tensile backing). Feeling for axis play involves pushing and poking on the frame to see where it moves where it shouldn't etc.

It does look like you have a loose pulley grub screw.
Belts on a long machine are problematic as they stretch and spring under load, unless you "dual belt" where there is a fixed belt glued to the extrusion and the upper driven belt is keyed to it. Search Youtube dualBelt Ox and you will find many videos.
I have been running a dual belt ox since 2016 and have great performance and reliability with minimal backlash.
    Cheers
    Gary
