So I went to Face a new spoil board and set it to 1mm or 1/32in and it removed 0.115in or about 3mm

I even ran it with 0 stock to remove and it went below 0.

    Never had this problem before.
Post processed code from Open Builds in Fusion 360.
I Have the latest software for Black Box, Interface

    Why would it do that?
I don't understand why that would even happen.

That gcode cuts down to Z0, and no lower.

How are you setting Z0 on the machine?
Where is Z0 set on the Fusion CAM setup?

How are you setting "stock to remove" ?

In your cam setup are you setting up the stockbox with extra stock. As @Misterg asked, where are you setting the origin? If you have set extra stock, set the origin on the stockbox surface, but then set Z zero on the surface of the material that would explain that behaviour.

I set the XYZ Touch Probe Plus at the left front corner of the spoil board a do a xyz probe with
a 1/4 end mill. Then put in the spindle a surfacing bit and redo z probe.
This has always worked until yesterday. That is how I flatten stock.

Look at the Fusion 360 file.

Well the gcode cuts to Z0 and your F360 file is set with Z0 as the stock top, so something must be going wrong with your Z probe.

All I can think of is to double check the settings for the probe offsets. (I assume you're using the XYZ Probe Plus for both probing operations?)

    Yes.

Edit. Checked Black Box GBRL settings and nothing has change.
    So it isn't that.

So I think I got it sorted. It's looking like the MDF spoil board is bowed. And when set up to Face to remove 0 stock
it's so slopped on the right side that about 3 mm is removed and then gradually trapped off to nothing removed.
I just tested it out with a block of wood and that's what it did. Talk about not flat. Holy crap. The MDF at the local hardware
store is hot garbage. I saw it was bowed was when attaching it to the frame but I didn't think it was that bad.
