Hi y’all So I ordered some USB thumb drives. They are 16 Gb fat 32 and 4096 formatted . I also ran the Wizard on them to add the files needed . When I insert them and try to use them I get a error and thee interface locks up and needs reset to get it to ddi anything. So I ordered some 8gb drives went through the whole process again and same thing. Any ideas what is going on here ? Thanks in advance Mark
Does the drive included with the Interface work? If it does, it might be incompatible drives in some way, but if the included one doesn't work contact the store via Support > New Ticket
The USB supplied does work. I guess they just are not compatible. I have a micro 8MB fat 32 with adapter that I use on my 3d printer that works so who knows . Thanks for the suggestion
Update 1 bought some 2 GB thumb drives just like the ones Open Builds sends out formatted fat 32 4096 and it still would not read. Ran the open builds software to make thumb drive supposably compatable with interface still wont read. ?
I will give that a try. I thought it would as my micro disks are formatted that way and it reads . Thank you .
