I'm at the same point in my design. I have a few enclosure that can hold all the electronics except the power supplies. I would like to have them all in the same box for simplicity. My current thought is to make something temporary so I can run the OX so it can make a more permanent solution.
I built a shelf under the table for the power supplies (I use one for the OX and one just for the spinde. I am currently building my button box which will integrate the pi and a 3.5 touch display, the emergency off button and the run/resume and the pause button. Pictures tonight. I didn't want the power supplies in the boxes for 1) modularity and 2) heat.
Hi Andrew. Really Nice Wire Management. I got a Question. How did you connect the Aluminium-Block of the Spindle with the Z-Axis? That would be interesting for my CNC Build. Thanks for your Help.
I used a short piece of 20x60 turned 90 degrees. I had to bevel the cut to avoid the wheel nuts, but the al block holes were a perfect match. Them I used 4 pieces of 5mm all thread cut to length with t-nuts in the 20x60 and regular nuts on the top. I'll post a pic in a few.

With a 1" bit, almost 50mm with my standard waste board. If I remove it and use the board below it, I get another 60mm. So far, it has been enough, but if I wanted to do any relief carving, I would probably have to raise the y rails.
