Good afternoon! I still keep using Sketchup to create my models and to create the Gcode with SketchUcam. Many times I need to make cuts on a line with variation at the height of Z (to follow a relief), so I edit the GCode manually, in large files is very laborious. I don't know if SketchUcam are still evolving (the last version I have is 1.5c of 2022), as it has a "Gcode" output in 3D, as a suggestion, it may be possible to add another feature, being able to have variable coordinates in Z along a line? I thank you for your attention.
Hi Marco While this would be useful I don't know if it will be possible since all of SketchUcam is designed around flat objects. Maybe I will have a fiddle with sloped lines sometime over the holiday season, if I get time. The 3D module is not good and since the code has no documentation I have not yet been able to figure out what it is doing so I can figure out how to improve it. I should actually remove it to reduce confusion. The better way to do 3D is to use Fusion360 (-:
I've never used Fusion (I don't even know how to proceed), I'd prefer to keep SU where I'm proficient and I already have the plugins I need and thousands of models. I will wait with hope, thank you.
Not sure what you mean, CONTROL is still active, last release just last week. Should be on V1.0.375 download from software.openbuilds.com

Did you start it? If its not running yet... Also is yours up to date. Can your PC do DNS lookups? Internet up? Etc. Or skip the one click transfer and just Save gcode and then Open it in CONTROL
