Vcarve GCODE file does not run

    Just assembled a LEAD 1515 with blackbox X32. Ran the openbuilds test job successfully. Used Vcarve Pro to create a test job and saved to gcode. Loaded this gcode into the Openbuilds Control software. When I run the job nothing happens. The console shows

    then nothing. Gcode below, looking for help to understand what I need to do to get vcarve gcode to run?

    Are you using the correct Post? docs:software:vectric [OpenBuilds Documentation]

    If that doesn't help:

    Any chance you also own an IoT relay?

    You have loaded the machine profile in CONTROL > Grbl Settings already? Did initial shakedown, jog tests, setup homing and all that?

    Does other Jobs run? Hello World for example? docs:blackbox-4x:hello-world [OpenBuilds Documentation]

    You are on CONTROL V1.0.370?

    I do not own an IoT relay. I did load the default Lead 1515 grbl settings. The Hello World example does run. I am on control V1.0.370.

    Okay I did not see that I need to select a Post processor. I will give that a try.

    I was able to specify the Openbuilds post processor and my job ran. But, there was one toolpath that was supposed to cut a hole 18.2 mm deep but it cut 14mm, and a recess that was supposed to be 5mm deep but was 2.5mm. Any ideas on why?

    • Acceleration / Max rates not tuned yet causing stall
    • Mechanical slip (check grubscrews on shaft couplers and sto collars, nutblocks tightened to plate correctly etc)
    • Mechanical stall (binding up somewhere in a z move)
    • Calibration

    Looking at the gcode, it looks like you zeroed on top of the piece. Did you use a touch plate?

    Also, what did you put in the boxes (Start Depth, etc):
