I bought a blackbox 32 and have downloaded the free software, but in the communications box it doesn't show up when plugged into the usb port. Ive went to section 4.1 on driver downloads and have done that with no luck. nothings plugged into the blackbox but the usb cord it came with. when I check the usb drive on my laptop it says,,,, cp2102 usb to uart bridge controller,,,, then underneath that is says driver is unavailable. Can someone help me with this before I have to call them for tech support?
