What's the difference between these two lasers?

I bought this Lead 1515. It's been fun to learn it, but I bought these two lasers with it and I have a few questions.

The one on the Left is PLH3D-6W-XF+ and the one on the right is PLH3D-XT-50. They look different and I am assuming one may be for engraving and one for cutting? I would love to have some links to help me figure out how to focus them and get them up and going on my Lead 1515.

    Thank you in advance!

    Is this a cap I should pull off? IMG_6414.JPG IMG_6413.JPG IMG_6411.JPG IMG_6411.JPG IMG_6413.JPG IMG_6414.JPG IMG_6415.JPG IMG_6416.JPG

Thank you. I actually bought the the question to AI and pretty immediately found the answer (no "gotcha" or punch in the gut to our forum, I was just impatient). It seems that 35mm and 60 mm are the measurements that come with the lasers. Any suggestions regarding both lasers or a direction on documentation that will help me learn how to do an array power/speed test. I've found that an array power/speed test is the most telling help in closing in on the time to be most productive with lasers.

Thank you for your time helping me.

Seems like the Specialized one would be the upgrade, original owner probably bought it 2nd. But best to direct these questions at Optlaser themselves after all.
