    Hello,

Coming so close to outer perfection on the calibration of my Workbee, I noticed as I hope you will see in the attached video, that as I move the gantry in the Y directions, the stepper motors are not triggered at the exact same time so that as I try to move in one direction and then move in the reverse direction, you can notice that the farthest stepper motor is on a slight vacation as it sort of rocks itself where it should go. I checked my belt tensions.... They are fine. I checked that the weels were not binding.... They have eccentric spacers tuned not to tight. Can someone throw in a suggestion? Thanks.

Checked grubscrews on pulleys, added loctite? Looks like pulley slipping on motor shaft

I feel like I'm in confession.... But yes Peter, I did, based on your previous intervention. I will check again

    Hi Peter,
I hope this is the relevant place to ask homing questions. I am in the process of a plasma build and plan on using the BlackBox X32. On my other machines CNC machines there are separate limit switches for Y and Y2. When homing the Y and Y2(a) axis each continue to run until each reaches its respective limit switch. This caused the Y and Y2 axes to square up (sync). Can this functionality be incorporated into the Black Box. If not how do you suggest that Y and Y2 be squared and stay square.

Yes, though always better to build a proper stiff machine that doesn't need to use its motion components to force an out of square machine into square...
    Black Box32 auto square

Pushing on with the warning raised:
Blackbox v32 autosquare (or manual square)

I have my plasma machine running like a champ with BlackBox x32 using OpenBuilds cam. I prefer to work in inches rather than mm. Can I change Openbuilds cam to use US metrics?
If not, is there a plasma post processer for BlackBox x32 using SheetCam that supports floating head touch Off?
Is there a Grbl pp that supports the touchoff procedure for BlackBox x32?
If I edit the post processor what are the codes to cause the touchoff procedure?

Not at this time, keep a conversion chart at hand, you'll get the hang of it in no time :)

    Not that I know of

    G38.2 Z-30 F500; Perform touch off Probe
    G10 L20 Z-3; Reset Z Zero (technically Z-3) at position probe stopped
